i did and they said I would have to take it back into the store to get it replaced. Manager in there is an idiot when it comes to repairing finecast. Said a hair dryer would fix it >.>

The problem is nothing will fix it permanently. If warm water will reform it so will warm air. If warm air and gravity distorted the figure once it will do it again.

No need to get mad at the manager. He is in a very difficult position. He has to do and say what the company wants or get another job. :shock: The definition of good customer service is not to replace a defective product with another defective product. :-X As hard as it is to find a job now :!: give the guy a break it is not his fault. :!:
No body can fix finecast permanently :!:
You are wasting money on finecast don't buy it :!:

Yeah I know, it's just frustrating when you pay all that money and it is defective. I can't think of any other industry where you buy something and are expected to fix what is wrong with it. Anyway, like you said, its a waste of money. I do try to stay away from it.
