So.... it's not a made to order, it's just, refreshing until you see the models and hope you are quick enough? Well, I hope I will be as quick as Quickbeam...

Odd that they would say that, maybe it's just trying to drum-up demand.

I'm glad I saw this in time, I was able to get my Mounted Legolas order in before they ran out. Most of the minis on this list are sold out already, but I had all the other ones I wanted from their original run back in the day.

Well, these are nearly all sold out here in the US. I did decide to pick up the Warg Attack Gamling in addition to the Mounted Legolas, just an impulse buy. I already have a mounted Gamling with banner, but I like this model, Warg Attack is a nice scene.

I had considered getting the Ent, but it wasn't really a priority. I don't really like the model, but a variety of Ents would be nice. Anyway, it's sold out now.

Wanted to pick up some Galadhrim Warriors, but it seems that they were sold out in the first 10 minutes. I can't understand why they are not making this a real Made to order, as they should be happy for everyone who is still playing the game.

I had bought the uruk-hai scouts on Nov 21, with the initial email from GW saying they had got my order. That is usually followed up by an email saying the order has been processed and then an email saying it is on the way.
Hadn't heard anything by Dec 8th so sent an email asking for a status. Dec 10 reply stating understaffed due to Covid (perfectly understood, told them so in feedback), As soon as I did the feedback got an email stating order is on the way and was shipped later that day. Should get by this Thursday.
Say what you want about their prices, but I think GW customer service has always been good to me.

I noticed that the process of completing orders has slowed down considerably. As you say, it's perfectly understandable. And honestly, it doesn't bother me anyway, I'm in no hurry. I'm mainly just a collector at this point.
