Take a look at the STF youtube channel, they did a run down of what was mentioned. I dont think there were any major new announcements, just expanding on what has already been revealed. |

The only thing they didn't mention that springs to mind is that there might be another look at a mass-battle version of SBG (ala War of the Ring), particularly due to popularity in America. |

I didn't know WoTR was popular in America. Huh. My favorite thing about that book is all the really great terrain. If you are an avid terrain builder, it's worth getting a copy just for inspiration. I think they should do something similar to "There and Back Again". Rules revisions, FAQs, new Hobbit trilogy armies and additions/revisions and lots more scenarios. I'd buy it just for the scenarios. You can always scale them down to 1000 or less points for skirmish. |
