Yes, very very good! I've always wanted to try these conversions but thought it would look awkward to have a Haradrim with a Rider of Rohan's trousers! Just try explaining that one to Suladan!

A great piece of converting and a terrific job illustrating the process!
I agree that the pose looks better than the GW models.
