I really enjoyed your article, mostly because of all the backround work you've done. The "skin study" and all the options and variations that you present to us from the metals to the leathers to the base show that even in a more simple and quicker way of painting there is depth that brings a miniature painted with quality! In the end its like you say, can't please everyone but still overall you made good choices! Great pics, great structure and fun to read! Me Likes 8)
