If you find you started an article on OR and it has been deleted, this is because there was virtually no content to it.

We get a massive build up of articles like this, which the majority never go any further.

If you want to write an article for OR, then please have the first stage completed in your initial draft, otherwise...I just hit the delte button :)

I think the reason for some of the issues may be that people get muddled in the process, then get frustrated and finally give up trying. Maybe a revamp of the the writing and submission guidelines might help?
