I don't know why, but i noticed on my two last figures that my varnish leaves white spots on them (Probably my white basecoat - so that means paintloss :shock: ).
I have no idea what has gone wrong. I waited long enough for the paint to dry...
Could it be that my brush rubs it of???
I only did one coat;

What varnish are you using, I have heard this can happen but never experienced it myself, I tend to use Testors Dullcote when I do varnish and so far have had no problems at all with it.

Could be the way that it dried, making it look frosty which I've heard sometimes happens with dullcote and other varnishes. Is that right?

If so, I dug up this link: http://nicemannersforathief.blogspot.co ... -from.html which another member posted on here.

Well i think it just paint loss i had. I thin the varnish with water. Sometimes if i mixed it badly the varnish leeps down in deeper parts. But that's just my own mistake for a bit. I just wondered about that paintloss. Don't get why i have it now and never b4.
