I've always used Citadel primer sprays, but I'm thinking of trying the Army Painter black primer.

Has anyone tried it, how does it compare with the Citadel black primer?

Any other primer sprays you'd recommend?

I use Pound Store (C) car spray, it only comes in black, white and grey but they cover fantastically and don't harm the models (I've sprayed metal and plastic). If anything I think that I actually get better coverage from them than the GW spray and they cost, you guessed it, £1!

@imrail

from my local store Army painter are cheaper than Citadel. The Army Painter ones are £6.75 and the Citadel are £8.55, the price is why I'm thinking of switching.

You are right, I was thinking about another spray.
The army painter sprays are in more colours then the citadel sprays.

Are the Army painter sprays as big as the citadel sprays?
