Hey Folks,

I am currently working on a Rivendell army and I'd like to go with the traditional paintscheme. I am getting pretty good results on the greenish armour by using a green shade.

However, getting the chainmail a blueish tint is hard. Ideally it turns out bluer than runefang steel. I think the GW Glorfindel model on the website also has chainmail with a more blue hue to it.

Any ideas on how to archieve this?

Metallic paints will mix with a tint. Mix in a dash of blue to runefang steel and see how it goes. I mixed green into metal paint before for dwarves I think.
Alternatively a light glaze of blue might work too
