UPDATED:
Closing in on Minas Tirath:

This is the first scenario I have ever made and will try my best to make it good! The scenario should be set up in terrain that looks somewhat like Osgiliath on a 3'x3' board. The teams should be Mordor and Gondor. Players may set up their force 6" from the side of the board. Good starts on the left and evil starts on the right. The armies should be as so.

Evil:

24 Morannon Orcs (w/ all the normal equipment)

9 Mordor Uruk-hai (4 w/ hand weapons and 2 w/ two-handed weapons)

1 Mordor Troll

1 Morannon Orc Captain

1 Gothmog

Good:

24 Rangers of Middle-Earth (w/ all the normal equipment)

6 Osgiliath Veterans (2 w/ bow, 2 w/ spear, 2 w/ shield)

1 Madril

1 Faramir (ranger)

Special Rules:

Almost There: Mordor's army is so close that they just cannot sit still. To show this, all ORCS must move at least half of their max move distance.

For The White Tower!: The defenders of Osgiliath are very brave and will die for Gondor. To show this, soldiers do NOT have to pass any courage tests and all non-hero, ally units within 6" of Faramir have +1 defence.

Victory Conditions:

Evil: If all enemy soldiers are dead or half your force makes it to the Gondor's deployment zone, then you win.

Good: If all enemy soldiers are dead or you hold Mordor's forces off for 15 turns, then you win.

Defeat Conditions:

Evil: If you cannot eliminate Gondor's forces after 15 turns or get half of your force to Gondor's deployment zone, then you lose.

Good: If all your soldiers die or the enemy gets half of his/her force to your deployment zone, then you lose.

If you have any suggestions or comments, please post. Thanks for reading.

Looks to be in favour of the good side to me, I'd say give Mordor even more points.
Also like the courage test rule, but I think it should be like the rule in the harad sourcebook scenario, the force cannot be broken.

Definitly in favour of the good side, especially the winning/losing conditions.

Better, but think about it- who wants to do that for 26 turns? That seems like an awfully long time for a single battle.

Post subject:  Turns

Alright I updated it again. I changed it to 18 turns, unless that is still to much. Someone said Gondor's winning condition was to easy so I bumped it up. Thanks for the comments and keep reading.

Actually, yes. I was thinking more along the lines of 10 or 12, or maybe even 14, as that seems about average.
Looking at the participants list and the new Mordor objective, I'd say you've taken away their easy victory. Once Gondor's line breaks it won't be too hard to get them through to the deployment zone.
