Have finally got round to playing this scenario... am half way through , 5 turns in, with my son playing the dwarves...

There seems to be a layout problem though...

The weapon pile on map is positioned behind and to side of kings throne and there is a gap of about 6 inches between throne and dwarves deployment position. The goblins deploy 3 inches from the dwarves...

This means there can be a stack on goblins between the dwarves and their weapons, which the dwarves have to fight past with most of them counting as unarmed trying to do this and fight off the goblin king too... it seems a bit of a tall ask so far...

So I am wondering if the weapon pile should be more favourably positioned? In the movie its in front of the throne as I recall?

Wondering what others have found...
