I hope it's okay to post this question here. I noticed this was a more active spot to post then the rules section but its a question on scenario play that I hope someone can assist with.

I'm playing through Last Alliance scenario from the the army book and have two questions:

1.) The scenario calls for a special rule 'The Black Legion of Barad-dur' that reads:
"Each time an Orc Warrior is slain, place it to one side. At the end of each Evil Move phase, roll a dice for each Orc Warrior not currently on the board. On a 5+ that model may re-enter the battlefield from ...."

Does this mean I role for killed models only once or can I keep rolling for a model that died several turns ago because it says "for EACH Orc Warrior not currently on the board"?

2.) Can you please confirm if by default are you supposed to play all scenario's with the broken force rule? - of course provided that the scenario calls for different rules on being broken.
