Bought this yesterday, kinda miss the days when I could just clip off from the spruce, put the figure in the slotted base and play with them with my kid. Or once he got comfortable with the clippers, he could do it. Don't get me wrong, detail is great on the new models but gw has definitely upped the maturity level required to use their figures. |

Couldn't have put this better myself. And with GW practically expecting their customers to fill air bubbles and re-sculpt defects themselves with Green Stuff, the unnecessary and frankly unacceptable difficulty rises. |

yeah I noted this a couple of weeks ago. I just could not tell where the sprue ended and the model began around the shoulders. I had to sit with GW rotatable image on screen trying to figure out where to cut it. Give me plastic anyday |

I almost did the same thing, cutting off part of the bone on the back. Looking at the figure, I might fill in the bones anyway and make it a hood as part of the cloak. More applicable for a hunter in my mind. |
