The way I see it is "YES":
- Sap will and Elrond looses will point(s).
- Strengthen will and Elrond regains will point(s).
I can't see any restriction to that scenario in the rules

If a model cast Sap will channeled in another model like Elrond( but could be any other model, Elrond was the victim), after he lose all his will, can i cast streghten will with a stormcaller to restore the will on Elrond? |
