I dont see any laketown armour, but I do see a new ( or radagast's ) staff being used by gandalf. Which is of cource logical, since the necromancer 'vaporized' his old one. But I wonder If he just got a new one, or that poor radagast lost his

I hope it is radagast's staff. As it would connect radagast to the lotr trilogy, and explain why gandalf doesn't seek radagast's help in lotr. In the movies I mean.

It's definitely Radagast's staff, it's been confirmed by multiple sources. The only issue that remains is whether or not Radagast dies at the start of BOTFA or if he gives Gandalf his staff and gives up his calling...

Or any other explanation of course!

I wonder if Wizards in the LOTR universe can make/repair their staff,
After the witch king took care of gandalf the white's one, he is shown without staff at the black gate, but in the end at the grey havens he has one again.

If I remember correctly the staffs are just symbols of their power. After Khazad-Dum Gandalf was given a new staff in Lothlorien. Not sure though.
The Witch-King never broke Gandalf's staff in the books. This scene was a complete disgrace to the character of GtheWhite because he could destroy the WK in an instant. I guess that is why PJ cut the scene from the film.
SPOILER ALERT:Also Radagast appears in the LOTR books so, no dying for him. I guess PJ justs wants to connect the 2 3logies as much as possible, so he gives Gandalf Radagast's staff. I wonder if that is the one he uses in the LOTR movies.
If in the BOFA those that are supposed to die (spoilers not included in comment) don't die, I will rage. He has already failed lore-wise, I beg he doesn't destroy the plot completely.

While, I do not know how the powerbump between White Gf en the WK would end, but I do know that is not the reason they removed the scene.

If i remeber correctly it was because it is a strange break in the momentum of the battle, while Rohan arrives the witch king only makes threats but does leave Gandalf unharmed.. so it was an distraction where nothing realy happened. But that a bit of topic

Looking forward to the first trailer, although I am thinking of just not seeing it this time, I have seen the trailers for all the films, and always shows to much, maybey a big suprise as a movie is nicer, but i doubt I will be able to not see any trailer when it arrives...

That would be true on most every occasion, but as the Witch-King states it is "His Hour", maybe he had some sort of newfound power? While reading the books, I always felt like Tolkien somehow envisioned him on a new level of power at Minas Tirith, so much to even be a serious threat to Gandalf. Perhaps in the same way Sauron poured his power into the one ring, he somehow empowered the witch-king for what ultimately would have been the last great clash of armies? (had evil not lost that battle)

Also, Gandalf the Grey fends of the ringwraiths single-handedly at Weathertop, so Tolkien would have known it'd be pretty silly to have the Witch-king basically walk up to Gandalf at minas tirith for a showdown UNLESS he had actually become alot more powerful.

But you may be right, just speculating. :)

New found power or not, Gandalf was sent back as White by the Valar, unable to be harmed by ANY means. Powerfull or not, not even Sauron could hurt Wgandalf at that point. The Wizard did not want to show his power because he wanted Men to be free of evil by their own means.
