Elves or gondorian?

I have found some old figures, that would go well as either Elves (think Imladris/Elrond) or Gondorian (maybe Dol Amroth pikemen) Please have a look and tell me what you think (forgive my painting efforts, I was only young. Not that it's much better now, but at least I have an excuse this time).

I might need to give them new spears as well. I know they could do both, it's just really the flag I give them that would differ.

Honestly, that reminds me of the RRG, with the full length scale coats.

I think its the shield that makes them look like Rohan Knights, but I think they're a little closer to elves than gondorians.

I took in a few more or these in a trade Saturday. I put together a few proxies armies for my friends who don't have WOTR armies. I am re-basing these from old painted figures. I have lots of pikes too.
