Ebob does some suitable alternative heads here - www.ebobminiatures.com/products/components.htm

The alternative heads for knights set is probably the best solution I've found though they seem to be out of stock. I haven't got any scale pictures for you though I'm afraid.

Yes, Ebob's heads are a great alternative, I'm using the right now.
later today I'll post an update in my wip thread, so you can see some scale pictures down there.
I can highly reccomend them. 8)

Excellent, thanks. I've not purchased any myself yet due to worry of scale and haven't been able to find anybody with any, so that should be a massive help :)

I love Ebob's work, but they aren't to scale with GW's coneheads...they will look out of place. If you dislike the 'cones', you'll be equally displeased with the scale issue.

That's a shame to hear. Ah well, I don't mind the coneheads, it would have just been nice to have helmets and swords on the Skoda that are actually to the same scale as my puny Warriors of Minas Tirith.

No worries. Just looked at them in the thread, yes as Dave said they're too small for the Skoda for my liking. My coneheads will have to do

I'd like to, but the problem is that it's a part of my huge partly-finished conversion work backlog. But when I get to finish it, I'll gladly post the results here or in a wip!
