Cool review. I also found the foot model's sword to be flimsy, glad I'm not the only one.

I find most of the Finecast weapons are a bit on the flimsy side :)

Just added my review of the Dwarf Commanders box set in Finecast. Only purchased this set to get my hands on the new Hornblower.

The review contains some good scans of the minis on sprues.

Yours turned out much better than mine . . . I have a miscast face and right side of his shield on my captain. My hornblower is nice, but major defects on my others.

I always give the sculpts a once over in store before I buy, the staff are used to me by now...

But of course you can still over look some of the more minor defeats.

If you purchase online or direct, with Finecast it will always be a lottery.
