Post subject:  Looking for a Guide - Rohan Horse

Before the restructure someone here had posted up an awesome (IMHO) guide for doing Rohan horses that included a break down of various horse types and even worked out a general ratio of how many of each were in the armies shown in the film. It covered the Hero horses as well.

I printed a copy (several pages) which I can't find any more. :o I have also been searching online and via google and no luck. Does anyone else remember this guide and can point me (if the original author is still here...it's great...PLEASE repost). 8)

On The Last Alliance there was an article done by Uruk Engineer which was very, very helpful for horses.
Not sure if it's the same article, but it sounds similar.

I had a thread on there a while back that he posted the link on, but it doesn't work any more. Might be worth sending him a PM. I'm not sure if he's on these boards.

There used to be a guy called Iscarlsquell before he started brewing in Buckland. He wrote this article in the old days:

http://replay.waybackmachine.org/20050506082525/http://www.one-ring.co.uk/index.php?page=-1&type=article&artid=492

Doesn't contain the break down of horse types, but I don't remember seeing anything more comprehensive here. Maybe taking a look at the waybackmachine.org will help finding it?

I found my hard copy. :D

It is by Uruk Engineer. The copy I printed was posted on dropbox.com back in December 2009 with the title "Painting Lots of Rohirrim". I'll keep looking to see if I have an electronic copy of the original posting to share, but in the mean time I'm going to scan it it to be sure I don't loose it again.
