So due to the recent "decrease" in prices I went on a bit of a binge and grabbed all the old 20/24 man boxes of units I knew I would need more of at my flgs. During this spree I saw a box of Uruk-Hai Siege Troops that seemed to have dodged a mark-up at some point. Obviously I picked it up. As I primarily play War of the Ring, I checked their entry in the rulebook. This is when I realized the box only came with 2 berserkers and 8 sappers. I figure I can use a bomb on a base so that makes 12 models. What I need is some sort of "filler" to put in the 2 remaining slots per movement tray to be able to make 2 units out of this box. Any suggestions are welcome although I would prefer less expensive options(since I've already spent about $200 on LotR already this week). |

if you have any exra uruk-hai warriors you could just add them in and name them "sappers". If you really want to make them permanently sappers then shave off their shields and make their sword look more like a sapper. |

Regular Uruk-Hai are an option especially considering they aren't actually packaged in multiples of 8. I'd still rather use a more creative option(like the three hunters base displayed in the WotR rulebook). |

Then maybe an explosion marker (cocktail sticks on a base, tree foliage on the sticks, spray black, lightly spray white, and done) or something along those lines. |
