apparently when i moved some of my unassembled models lost some of their parts, like shields and such. Can i use green stuff to make a VERY CRUDE replacement just to make them work?

You can actually take a model part from a model and squish it into green stuff which will give a fair representation of the part.
Heres a link http://www.coolminiornot.com/articles/1739-making-a-green-stuff-press-mold&s=548ee2d9e8a48c2330a649999dd7ada5

Hope this helps

You can do more than just a crude job - Minis are made with green stuff after all (or similar products). Have a seach for instant mold - there's some good video's on that which will give you a good understanding of what a press or 2 part mold can do and how it works.

Alternatively, give it a go yourself, depending on the shield.

I use instant mould I would send link but it's hard doing it while walking and on phone but you get it from ebay, 6 stick of reusable moulding plastic that goes a long way and a foot of gs so I use the mould all the timer the instructions are with it!
