Do you mean broken in the middle or broken off the hand? The best would be to replace it with a new sword if you have any spare with hand attached, otherwise just use appropriate glue and hold in place until securely dry. |

What if the blade is super thin metal? Like Suladan mounted? I've re-glued it at least a dozen times |

Next time you go to the hobby shop, see if they have flat brass in the brass rod section. if yes, you can cut a slit using a jewelers saw into the blade, as thin as it is. Then instead of a pin, use a flat piece. you will have to cut into the hand part was as well. Then if need be you can greenstuff the fingers again. slot pinning instead of post pinning. Also you can still use a pin just like in my article, drill right up the middle of the blade base (yes it will look like a U cut into the blade) then glue on a pin just like in my picture. After the glue is cured, either file or dremmel the round pin blade section flat again until it blends perfect. Then you can cut your post and pin it as described in my article. Since the suladan's sword looks awful anyway, it would not hurt to replace the whole weapon. |

Pinning? You'd have to be really steady handed, I've drilled into my own finger trying to drill an area twice the size of the sword in your pic sithious. |
