I am about to paint the barrow wights and wondered what colour the armour is on the official colour scheme, Is it just Warlock bronze washed with Agrax?? Also I was thinking of washing each barrow wight with a different colour, maybe one green, one violet etc what are your thoughts on this? |

Well, for starters, violet is an unusual colour choice, purple or indigo would suit it better, otherwise it's end up looking like an anthropomorphic flower. Secondly, I think Barrow Wights make more sense if they're either all the same colour, or maybe (if you have quite a few of them, a couple of slightly different shades would be okay, e.g. turquoise and green, or indigo and blue, or dark grey and light grey. |

I'm not sure that I'd be much help with the paint colors, as I use a mish-mash of GW, Vallejo, and other paints. I think it would look fine to use different colors on the Barrow-wights, however, I would use the same color on the flesh, hair and armor, and maybe just vary he color of the cloth (and even then I would give them all a similar wash to tie them all together). I think it would look cool like that, and would help you to tell them apart for record-keeping purposes. |
