Hi there! First post on The One Ring boards. Been lurking here for a few weeks, and just got into LOTR/SBG.

I was looking through the Hobbit Core Book and saw that Thorin's company can take Pony mounts. GW is also selling the company in Barrels, as seen in Desolation.

Does GW even make ponies outside of Bill/the mounted defenders of the shire? I wouldn't mind converting the company, but I can't find a good substitute.

Also, does GW even have rules for Barrels out of Bond? I never bought the Desolation of Smaug source book (nor can I find it online ), so does anyone know? I have a giant Watcher in the water i'd love to combat the company with!

As to your questions, as Truck said, the desolation book is under the "rules" tab.

As to the company in barrels taking on the watcher, that's just cruel lol, they would be destroyed with the scenario rules as given

On a side note, any luck on finding Riding Ponies? I still haven't found any more.
