Hello everyone,

I don't know if I am at the right place so feel free to move the topic into another section if needed ;)

I have recently seen a "dunlending warriors command" blister (with the 2H chieftain and a banner bearer) for 15,50€.
I think the blister is now OOP, so is it a good investment to buy it? How much do you think the blister costs now?

In term of playing, are the Dunlending Warriors viable? In term of collection, the banner is quite awesome !

Thanks :)

Yeah the Dunlendings were beautiful models. I would go for it.

If you mean it's a good investment to buy it now before the price rises, then I guess it is.
If you mean to buy it and then wait 20 years in the hopes of selling it for a profit then
you really need an investment adviser.
These are basically toys. And toys are meant to be played with, not hoarded away in the hopes of making a profit years from now.

Buy it, paint it and play with it. Forget the rest.
Look at what happened to comic books, baseball cards, Beanie Babies, Moon Rocks and all the other "Collectibles" that people invested good money in.

Have fun...

I may buy one for my own collection, because I haven't any Dunlending model yet.
But I think there are more than 1 blister, so maybe I'm gonna buy a second one to sell on my own. Not 20 years later, I hope ^^

What about the Dunlending's profile? Have you ever used them?

You should look at the various substitute Dunlendings just because GW doesn't really make enough poses. Lots of good ideas on here. Various Vikings seem to work well and there are plenty of makers.

I use a couple of Cmd packs, a dozen or so GW sculpts and all the rest are other makers. Mixed together they look fine.
