I'm looking for advice on what single pot (prefferably not GeeDubs) paint for FOTR prologue elves. Looking to do lots quickly so a good yellow/silver/green gold would be nice to get so I can jsut use one pot and not have to spend an age highlighting every figure in silver after washing hem in green and basing them in an orange gold. Cheers. |

Sorry, these are GW recommendations! But if you are asking for easy-to-paint colours that give quick coverage for the Rivendell elves: Retributor armour gold with Seraphim Sepia wash Kantor blue and Mechanicus Standard Grey for cloth Leadbelcher silver for swords. Maybe some Mournfang brown for bows and shoes etc. The retirbutor armour gold gives good coverage, much better than the golds and yellows you used to get a few years back. |

Scalecolour do some fantastic metals, the whole gold and silver paint sets will be useful. For a greenish tinge to a gold, check out their Negro Gold. |
