Just a heads up - Ring of Gyges and I will be playing LOTR SBG, Friday evening at Guardian Games (Portland), in the Critical Sip space. If you're in the area and would like to connect with other Portland players, stop on by....

Hey guys,

How large is the player base down in Oregon? I'm up across the border in Vancouver. The last couple years we have gathered enough players to form a group that plays regularly (West Coast Hobbits! on Facebook) at our local GW. We had our first 2-day GT last summer (called Wet Coast), and there will be another one this year. Would anyone in Oregon or Washington state be interested in making the trip in July? Last year we had around 10 people playing in the GT, this year hoping for 20...would be amazing if we had 30 people!

Ooof that sounds super cool. I dunno though if I would be able to. That's probably a 11-13 hour drive for me. I'd definitely be interested in getting more info for it but all everything would have to fall into the right place for me I bet.

I'd say the following down here is still pretty fledgling, but we're working on it.

I'd definitely be interested. What are the dates? If it's late July, it might be fine. Early July might be trickier, as that tends to be my son's baseball playoffs. But go ahead and email me details at patandbrit@gmail.com

I would definitely be interested. I sent a request to join your Facebook page so, if approved, I'll see it if it is promoted there.

Great to hear that there are people interested!

July 8th & 9th
Day1 will be the GT - 600pts
Day2 will be Chaos in Arda and Clash of Champions.

For more information, please see here:

PS. polywags, it's only a 6.5 hour drive from where you are, according to Google!

That weekend actually might work for me. Baseball playoffs are late June this year. Is there any danger that this will fill up?

Tickets for WetCoast GT are on sale!

Only 30 or so tickets available, so don't miss out on this two-day SBG event!

For details, please go to: http://www.wetcoastgt.com/lord-of-the-rings/

Or join "West Coast Hobbits!" On Facebook for updates.
