Which rulebook are they in again?

The Wildmen of Dunland are in the main rule book, easy, but where are the other Dunlending forces documented?

I'm such a noob.

I believe it's The Two Towers journey book they first appeared in.

I'm sure someone can explain it, but he probably works for GW and is not inclined to comment on this website. I'm sure I'm probably on the right track when I suggest that it was done by mistake and now we're stuck with it. But of course, if Mat Ward wants to make a post and explain why he set those values, we will all eagerly listen.

But anyway, thanks for the info - I've just ordered the Two Towers book now from Wayland Games, so that'll meet my needs. Excellent! I'm entering a tournament in June and so I need to make sure I have a legal force compilation - I really wanted Dunlending Cavalry for my Isengard host but couldn't find them in the rulebooks I own.

Also, Thrydan Wolfsbane's rules were in White Dwarf - I can't remember which one it was, but the rules are also available on the GW website:

If you are talking points wise, they aren't. Although you may be referring to their points listed in Legions of Middle-Earth, which are incorrect (despite LoME and the Two Towers book being released at the time  ). The profiles in the Two Towers journey book are correct points wise. I hope that helped. 8)

I don't believe that profiles for Dunlending Cav have been released yet.. the TT journey book only has rules for Warriors and Captains.

Yes the Two Towers only has the warrior and chieftain profiles. You can find them free on the GW site. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/conte ... Id=5700005

Yes being a Dunland player at the moment isn't great. I'd love to hear any battle stories after the comp and maybe see some models if it's possible?
