Is this list better than this:

List 1. You have the WK on a Fell Beast with more M/F. The two specters IMO arent enough to really benefit significantly from their special, while paralyze is quite useful

You need more Will not M/F, you should try to never take the W-K with less than 15 Will unless your using hims a budget wraith, and if you were, you wouldn't put him on a fell beast. Use list one but swap 1 m/f for 2 extra will

EDIT: or I could drop 3 orcs and get the undying instead of the witch king?

Do not drop the might point. Instead always take all 3 might points, they are much more worth then the points they cost. I would play list one with the witchking of list two (but with 3 might points) and max your warbands. Even on fellbeast the witchking does not have enough attacks to face warriors and you have Bhurdur to kill the heros.

He has 3 on the charge with access to BPA's. So long as you're not needlessly hasty then he's more than capable of killing most anything. Obviously. Just soften up tougher heroes with magic before you charge

I forgot the BPAs, I am new with the Hobbit rules. With spear support and the charge boni he sure is able to win fights an with the BPAs he's better in dealing damage to wariors.
But I would prefer the Undying. He 20 points cheaper than the Witchking with 2/20/2 and can use his will as fate what realy makes him undyable. The only advantage the withking is the extra might point.
