Is it worth picking up a isengard command box? I already have a cpt. and banner so its pretty much forthe uruk shaman plus the drummer.

It depends on how large a force you want to be able to build. IMO it's worth it because the Isengard Uruk-hai Captain is such a beast

Yeah I can muster a 2000pts isengard army. But probably never field them all. Thx for the advice .

Dude Shaman and their fury saves are immeasurable. I own two of them and often contemplate putting them both an a 750 pt army....buy an individual one on eBay if you don't want the whole box set.
