Been watching war in the north game and felt for it :P
I had to use some similarities to ensure all would go similar to what they are.
Kinda relutant on Agandaur, hes a black numenorian but sorcerer 2, dark marshall would suit him well but hes no spirit...

I like the theme . But have u seen or played the final battle with Agandaur?

thats what makes me relutant... hes kinda rule through fear guy like and got ligtning magic... but in same way hes a very good fighter since you noticed he could had beat elladan and elrohir in combat..
he seems like sort of black numenorian with fight 6 or 7 with some lightning magic, but there aint such in lotr :/

Love this theme. Wiuld haave liked to see some actual dark numenoreans in there too, are there not some in the game, been a while since I played it.
I would use Knight of Umbar as Agandaur less wraithy. You could also use the mouth of Sauron, he is a mix of warrior and mage.
Love that you have gotten so many diffrent troop types in it.

I like the list alot, I think the BN Marshall will make a great Agandaur - just give him a lance to make him more effective.

Agandaur use sword not lance sadly as I try to keep him as themed as possible although came in mind for some considerations...

As you see his army including dunlendings of a sort(whip masters) he also includes orcs that seem so much to me like uruk scouts (visually) also feral type of guys and what not... as well as gundabad orcs so I think his army got alot diversity from fornost goblins and orcs to angmar with brute orcs and such...

As for conversion purpose Im gonna use the dark marshall with an haradim head and then sculpt the helmet and see how it looks... or sculpt around dark marshall´s head.

Let me try a diferent sort of list and see what happens...
