Hi, this weekend is tournament in Brno (Czech republic). An I would like to try my dwarfs. Armylist is Erebor: King Dáin Ironfoot 1x Khazad Guard 8x Dwarf warrior - shields 4x Dwarf warrior - dwarf bows 2x Dwarf warrior - two-handed weapons 1x Dwarf warrior - banner ------------------------------ 17 models, 3 Mights What do you think about it? |

Not enough guys really. I wouldn't usedain at this points' level. I wouldgo for balin without durin's axe and get some more warriors and k guard. |

Also drop the banner, try and pick up some iron guard with that. Certainly drop Dain and use Balin without the axe. More like this..... What are the army restrictions for the tournament? I would take and Dwarf Captain and Banner Bearer instead of Balin. |

Well I guess he either follows LOME or at least the general races like dwarves etc. Anyway the point limit is already a restriction

Dain? Why not Dain, depends on the scenario's. At this level major heroes are devestating because they don't have to worry about Ringwraiths neutralising them all the time, I doubt if Dain would die in a 350pt game. Drop the archers as there is not enough to make an impact, drop the 2-handed guy's as they are a liability, take Khazad as these are all-powerful against everything. |

Yeah, depending on the scenarios dain and just khazad could be a monster list. No courage tests neede once your broken either cause i doubt dain will die. It would be good if you could give us a little more info on the army composition rules, and what scenarios will be played though.

Yes, Dain and 20 Khazads would be very powerful and competitive. 21 models in a super-elite army of 350 points would be amazing. |

But first game, my opponent was girl, and it was her first game in life. So I helped her. (Soo much, that I almost lose game  .Second was againt Corsairs, that ran away from my dwarfs and and only fire against me. Third game my rolls were horrible! But it was fine tournament. |
