I was looking for a hit and run army that could easy outshoot my opponents and then retreat so this is my army.

Legolas ( horse) 100
rumil 70
galadhrim captain with bow( horse: Our house rules make me do that) 70
15 galadhrim knights with bow 285
15 wood elfs 105
15 wood elfs with spear 120

17 archers on horse, 48 models, 8 might

This is the evil army:
shadow lord horse
haradrim chieftain spear and horse
21 watchers of kharna 189
20 haradrim spearmen 120
20 haradrim raiders with bow and warpsear 220

ill just comment on the second - make the watchers of khara into corairs, then you get lots of throwing weapons!

if you look at some of hte GT lists they were similar to yours - corsairs + haradrim + SL
