I am going to be demoing LOTR this Sunday and I need some advice. He has 450pts of Goblins and I want the game to be fun. I always use Strider with Gondor but this time I am going to give my Grey Company some table time and I came up with this list. I know i will be horribly outnumbered but isn't the main purpose of this hobby is to have fun?

well first: it would be much easier to read and type If you wrote just this:
-aragorn
-5 dunadain

-12 rangers
-8 rangers with spear


and for the army, looks pretty good.

I would drop 1 ranger for spears on more rangers.
Once in combat you need 2 attacks to be more effective. His 2 attacks at F3 will beat 1 attack at F4 most of the time and he will kill you fairly frequently.
SO don't lose combat

Also at those points I'd consider teh twins, halbarad or arathorn instead of aragorn.

I'm a big fan of Aragorn and theme and this fits both. Any tactics on how to use this list? i want Aragorn in combat most of the time but should i take 6 rangers and 3 spears with Aragorn and a few dundain and the rest shoot?

Sit back, let him come to you and when he is withing charge range (when you can see teh whites of their eyes) CHARGE. Try to make it happen between two terrain pieces so you are less likely to be wrapped around and hit in the back. Use aragorn to heroic combat at this point and kill loads of baddies. Its hte grey way

What about the 33% bow rule?

Grey Company ignores the Bow limit. Except they must take a Dundain or Ranger of the North for every 4 Rangers of Arnor.

No bow limit on the Grey Company.
