Why haven't you got all twelve models for each Warband? Warbands 4, 5, and 6 could be formed into two Warbands with twelve models each, giving you a few more models at the expense of an unnecessary Captain.

Agree with the General. Some other points:
- At that point level, you could benefit from someone more potent like Celeborn, Galadriel, or Thranduil. Merging a few war bands into one will let you take someone more expensive.
- Named heroes are almost always a better deal than unnamed heroes. Haldir and Rumil are definitely preferable.
- You don't need elf blades with the bows. All models have a hand weapon, so you don't need to pay for the blade. In fact, there's little point to having armoured bowmen (unless you're going for a theme), I'd trade them for Wood elves with bows.
- You have very few spears, you should trade most of your "Galadhrim with blade" for Wood elves with spear and throwing daggers (unless you're going with a theme, in which case trade them for more shield + spear). Having a few blades is useful, maybe one or two for each hero.
- You could beef it up with a few pikes.

Agree with Whafrog and General- captains can be an unfortunate point-sink, particularly if you don't actually need to field a given one. And I would also swap one captain with Haldir and another with Rumil, providing that you can. And once again, to back up whafrog, the addition of a major fighting hero to the force would be a great benefit. That being said...

Personally, I would (though I haven't worked out the points) replace two captains with Haldir and Rumil, replace Rumil's force with pikemen, find a way to stick Celeborn in there, while replacing some of the normal Galdhrim with those who have spears- the ability to make a three-deep shield wall on demand w/ a F5 is never to be sniffed at. Particularly if it has Rumil and Celeborn happily standing in the middle of it.

I agree... Turn the three last warbands to two and as you already have a shooting named hero I would suggest you go for Rumil 8)
