Well, this is my 1k points army based on the Pellenor fields:

Eowyn with Shield, Horse and Armor
7 Riders of Rohan with Throwing Spears
4 Riders of Rohan with bows

Eomer, Knight of the Pellenor
8 Riders of Rohan with Throwing Spears
4 Riders of Rohan with bows
302 points

Twins with Heavy Armor
11 Rangers
3 Rangers of the North
313 points

Knight of the White Tower
6 Warriors of Minas Tirith with shields
4 Warriors of Minas Tirith with bows and spears
1 Warrior of Minas Tirith with spear
1 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Banner

What do you think of it? Should I switch some Riders of Rohan into Elite Riders? Should I get myself a Bolth Thrower?

I would swap some Riders without bows for royal guards, as riders automatically come with bows and you're kinda wasting points if you don't use them.

I think it's a pretty good list.
I probably would do a few minor changes in the Minas Tirith warband, such as swapping the archers for Rangers of Gondor. Same cost, and since you gave them spears I assume you also want them to be part of your fighting back row, so the Def difference (the WoMT's only advantage over Rangers) doesn't really matter unless a bunch of S4 models get able to charge around the front row and hit your spear-archers.
I'd also suggest that your keep your MT infantry tight, you only have 5 spears in the list (which is not much for two warbands), but I don't really now what to drop to get extra points for more spears :roll:

We'll get a few changes: the second riders warband is skipped because me and my teammate changed our tactic. I'll get some riders of eorl, a bolt thrower and another warriors of minas tirith warband with beregond

Since you have a GC component, how about skip the bows on the WoMT and use more WoMT with shield/spear (or even just shield) as your ranger's front line? You still get plenty of shots, but it would be a bit more solid.
For Rohan, how about making the Throwing Spear riders the elites (redshields)? Otherwise, the only elites you have are the rangers, and they're in the back. Or you could replace your WoMT with GFC with shields.

EDIT: I wrote the below not noticing the Pellenor theme, and Faramir wasn't there, he was about to be burned alive :shock: but beefing up to elites might still be worth thinking about.

I do wonder about the theme, but maybe that's not important to you. If not, the army seems fine but will take some finessing with the cavalry to hit at the right moment, and your "anvil" isn't that solid.
If theme does matter: switching the Twins for Faramir would be thematic and free up plenty of points for Rohan upgrades. If he leads Rangers then Beregond could lead GFC, or if Faramir leads GFC, Damrod could lead Rangers. Or keep the KoWT, you still save a bundle of points, perhaps enough to start another warband.

Boromir wasn't there, though...

Anyway, I'm not sure what the rule is with Riders of Rohan. Is the "only Riders shooting their bows count as bow-armed" thing official? I really wish GW had just made them 12pts and taken the bows off their base wargear...
