i aplologise if this has been done before, but i have 2 questions:
1. if you include a ranger of the north with 4 arnor rangers, do the rangers of the north themselves not count towards the bow limit?
2. as you have to include a hero to lead the rangers, if you take aragorn, arathorn or halbarad, surely you have to take non bow units for those guys, therefore stopping you having a legal all bow army, unlike what gw said or am i missing something.
thanks

1. ranger of the north are heroes. Heroes don't count towards the bow limit

It is a relatively new rule because it was implemented when the new sourcebooks came out in February.

And to answer your 2nd question. Here is my army I use.

Halbarad
12 RoA (4 w/ spear)

Malbeth the Seer
12 RoA (5 w/ spear)

6 Rangers of the North
(3 w/ spear)

Total 499

The only person in this army without a bow is malbeth. If you want to theme it better you can always switch him for arathorn.
