I may join again the game(not spending yet so much money|) and after I am getting the new rules I will organise my armies...
Here is my evil one
Eastern Kingdoms
Warband 1: Horses of the sun 321p.
Amdur lord of blades on armoured horse(Leader)
11 Easterling Kataphrakts Black dragons
Easterling warrior with shield black dragon( To fill points)
Warband 2: Wall of blades 174p.
Easterling captain with eastern halberd
8 Easterling warriors with shields Black dragons
4 Easterling warriors with pikes and shields Black dragons
Harad and Umbar
Warband 3: Abrakhan front 126p.
Haradhrim Chieftain spear
10 Haradhrim warriors with spears warriors of Abrakhan
Warband 4: Karna rangers 122p.
Haradhrim chieftain with bow
8 Haradhrim warriors with bows warriors of Karna

Strategy: The Sun horses will be my power warband striking enemies down. I will try in my battles to combine the warband Wall of blades and Abrakhan front. Having well armoured warriors supported by spears and pieks will be a sharpdefense or even attack against the enemy... Last Karna rangers will be my shoot team.

Strategy: Here we got more power with Boromir forming the first line. The Faramir knights will attack in sneeking ways while The Princes guard will be on the back of White's tower guard. The first of Halbarad
may unite with the Citadel guard's archer and be my shoot team, they will also hunt near objectives.
Notes:
1) No magic 2) I need more help with my good army. 3) Do not sugegst minis not in finecast or plastic because I can't buy them.Thank you veyr much :)

EDIT: Just read the last line of your post, woooops! Why don't you want magic if I may ask?

Will only give advice on your evil army since I'm not skilled with Gondor.

Some tips:
- The Warriors of Abrakhan upgrade is not worth it. If you drop these upgrades you can upgrade your Warriors of Karna to Watchers of Karna who get A2 and a bunch of special rules!
- If you don't mind about your theme...Black Numenorian Warriors get terror and a shield for the same price as a Black Dragon.
- Imo you will rarely use these pikes...
- Have you considerd a War Priest? Channeled Fury is awesome!

So what about:

Amdûr, Lord of Blades - armoured horse
11 Black Dragon Kataphrakt

Easterling War Priest
11 Black Dragon Warriors - shield

Haradrim Chieftain - spear
11 Haradrim Warriors - spear

Hadadrim Chieftain - spear
11 Watchers of Kârna

740 points, 48 men, 11 bows, 8 might

As you can see there are still 10 spare points. Now you only need 1 point to upgrade a Haradrim Warriors with spear to a Serpent Guard. These Serpent Guards would make the Black Dragon upgrade unnecessary. Which would save you another bunch of points!
But ofcourse you need to own that amount of models. Would make something like this though:

Amdûr, Lord of Blades - armoured horse
11 Black Dragon Kataphrakt

Easterling War Priest - armoured horse
11 Easterling Warriors - shield

Haradrim Chieftain - spear
11 Serpent Guard

Hadadrim Chieftain - bow,spear
11 Watchers of Kârna

749 points, 48 men, 12 bows, 8 might

This gives you a bit more strenght (poisoned weapons), also F4, less courage but normally with a War Priest that shouldn't be a problem. The War Priest is mounted now so you could take him with the Cav to make a very hard hitting group.

If I calculate your army I have 10 points less, could this be?

- Is there a reason you ally Halbarad? You could just take Rangers of Gondor in the Minas Tirith army list...
- I find Citadel Guard much better as spear support than as archers. They can give your Warriors of Minas Tirith F4.
- Cirion is a better choise for 55 points than a Captain of Minas Tirith because he has 1 might more
- With both Faramir and Boromir in your army, consider taking Osgiliath Veterans (easy to convert)
- I personally would rather have Boromir on a horse with lance than Faramir, this will weaken your center line though.

I have no idea If you have these models or not but If you would ask me to make an army based on yours it would look like this:

Boromir, Captain of the White Tower - shield
6 Warriors of Minas Tirith - shield
6 Citadel Guard - spear

Faramir, Captain of Gondor - horse, heavy armour, lance, shield
6 Knights of Minas Tirith - shield

Cirion, Lieutenant of Amon Barad
6 Warriors of Minas Tirith - shield
6 Citadel Guard - spear

Denethor, Steward of Gondor (or Damrod, but a horse for Boromir)
6 Rangers of Gondor
6 Rangers of Gondor - spear

750 points, 46 men, 12 might, 9 might

Especially as metal models are cheaper direct from GW :roll:

anyway, drop all the easterling cav. They are the most ineffective cavalry in the game, no lances really hurts them. Cavalry in general are poor because even a goblin spear line can destroy them in a turn. I would take max 6 cavalry and have them skirt around the flanks.

Well I can't buy direct from Gw..
Really inaffective? I have heard they are good cavalry ebcause of the armor?

And yes they really need lances. But if you feel like taking them, do so! F4, D6, Channeled fury (if you take a mounted warpriest) and Amdûr: they have got all that it takes to do some damage.

In my experience they're solid, they have pretty good survivability and Cav can be effective you just have to be careful in how you use them. Also always take a captain with them because you will need the might to call timely heroic actions, that's really the key to Cav

? News to me. If you play in lines or tight groups, maybe you'll have monster trouble, but this is a skirmish game, so don't. They aren't easy to use, but if you want easy, you're limited to dwarves and uruk hai.

I agree with whafrog... I'm a relative beginner but have used an all cav rohirrim force on more than one occasion and have had lot's of success with them. As he said, as long as you don't try to play cavalry like infantry and use their strengths well and carefully, they are great (in my opinion)

They have their place, though I think they might be overpriced for what you get. Khand is cheaper and has better Fight built in; Rohan can skirmish until the cows come home; Gondor has lances and good D; Harad has cheap lances. So it's hard to make a good case that an armoured horse is worth much. Still, if you upgrade them to Black Dragons they can make a big difference if you are facing F3 troops, and they also allow you to field a drummer. The extra mobility can be crucial for flanking.

I see, I know the main problem is that when they get atatcked and not atatck first they are in a dangerous condition... :)
