warband 1: Thorin With Oakensheild, Orchrist, Dwarf bow, 12 erebor warriors with spear and shield
warband 2: Gimli, 9 Khazad guard
Warband 3: Dwalin
Warband 4: Durin and 4 Iron guard

get rid of the bow from Thorin, he looses the Def bonus of his shield otherwise. Seems alright other than that tho, spending over 300pts on heroes may be a bit risky.

I don't understand giving Thorin a bow, I don't think it's worth it as you want to get him in close. Also it's a VERY low troop count for that large of a points battle.

29 models, yeah it is. I could swap out dwalin for something else. I will get rid of bow in that case.

I would demote Durin to Dain and Dwailin to Balin (old man), then use the points to up your model count.

I'd drop durin down to a kings champion with so few models. Drop the bow of Thorin and use old Balin instead of Gimli. Leaves you with enough points to boy 3 or 4 more guys. Also split up the dwarf warriors between Thorin and dwalin.
