So I wanted to paint up some goblin town goblins for a fun goblin horde army. They seem pretty tough to field and not be completely devastated. Especially because they have no archer support, except for goblin kings gobbo toss move. So I am wondering what people ally with them for archers. In the spirit of the swarm I was thinking some moria gobs in order to get as many as possible. I usually play 500 point battles
So here is what I am thinking:
W1
Grinnah
12x GT Warriors w/ 2 hand

W2
GT Captain
12x GT Warriors w 2 hand

W3
Goblin king
6x GT Warriors w 2 handers

W4
Shaman
Fill in with moria shields and archers

W5
Shaman
Fill in w moria shields and archers to get as many bows as possible

Why take bows? It's hardly worth it lol but taking 2 shamen is a good idea

Know that your Moria Goblins would be subject to the 1/3 bow limit of their own separate numbers from the Goblin Town goblins so with your force list you are looking at a maximum of 8 archers out of 24 Moria Goblins.

Looking at your list that's a max of 8 archers. Still if they are the models you have to use, why not!

The goblin scribe is great, required for a GT low defence list. Your getting an average of ten points back per turn. I always use him For GT lists.

Isilduhrr- if the scribe fails the courage test he's dead though right? With such low courage does he generally stay around long enough to justify himself? It is a cool rule though.
