Nope, you can't.
You can never have thesame named hero twice in one list, even with different profiles.

It will state in the profiles that you can only take one of each hero if there's multiple versions

Unfortunately as another thread before pointed out. There are some loopholes to this. Some Heroes do not have the same name (technically) and therefore it is just good practice not to field them in the same list. For example, it is (technically) legal to field Aragorn Chieftain of Arnor, Strider, and King Ellessar in the same list since they all have different names. There are also no rules preventing this. Only knowing the fluff will tell you they are the same guy. The same goes for Sharkley and Saruman, and The Necromancer and Sauron as well.

I find its just best to agree that the fluff overrides the lack of rules preventing this. Be a good sport and just avoid fielding multiples of the same character

Actually it doesn't say "same name" in the rules in fact it quite explicitly stops the Aragorn thing by using Aragorn as an example.
It also uses the Sauron/Necromancer example to stop different name, same person issues.
