I think Khandish are garbage, I'd recommend a greater percentage of Easterlings in the army

One easterling captain with halberd and shield, 10 black Dragon kataphracts, 14 black dragons with pike, 5 black dragons with sword and shield and 10 archers. This army is a tournament winner!

But that's a lot of wasted points as well as illegal under warband rules as you have too few heroes.
Don't take a halberd and shield because it's literally pointless. Don't give all the Easterlings black dragon upgrades as it's a waste of points, only 1 warrior from each rank (either the swords man or the supporting troops) as the whole fight benefits from the upgraded FV. Take a War Priest for fury and maybe Amdur

agreed ambur is a great hero especially in low points matches where your enemy have to take minor heroes ambur is a great butcher.

If you've got the Khand models mate then I don't blame you for using them. I'd even out the numbers of shield and spear ones if I were you. :)

Apart from that I don't really have much experience with the Eastern Kingdoms.
