Very similar to my original Minas Tirith List, you def want Rangers in there and Madril did awesome for me at the Desolation of Stockport Tourney!

But I ended up with this.....

W1
Faramir, Heavy Armour, Armoured Horse, Lance and shield
8 Knights of Minas Tirith with shields

W2
Beregond mounted
11 Guards of Fountain Court with shields

W3
Madril
8 Ithilien Rangers with spears.

You should remove the point values from your units. perhaps put the points value of each warband. It's forum rules.

Captain of Minas Tirith w/shield - 55pts
Madril - 55pts

I would drop em for Damrod and Cirion.
One more warband would be perfect if you could get it but you will need Beregond. Also some elites like GotFC shielded is a must nowadays. Veterans are good but you will need D7 models too.

I think you'd do well with this list.
I wouldn't make the list like this myself though.

I'd drop the captain for Cirion.
If you want to add some elites, you're going to have to drop Madril as well and take Damrod.

I don't really like banners so I'd drop the banner and get Faramir some more upgrades (on top of the heavy armour I'd get an armoured horse, lance and shield.).

But if you really like banners, you can keep it ofc.

If I made Gondor under like 850 pts I'd probably go Dam rod Beregond cirion as my first leaders....

And balance the pts out for more troops.

Faramir is a good leader choice, he's a bit more survivable then Cirion but as others have said Cirion, Damrod, and Beregond are basically auto-includes for their points. Denethor is also a good choice as he's so cheap but pretty solid.
