you need another 6 moria models to make your moria contingent bow legal. don't bother with shamen as you already have 3 seperate orc races, best sticking with the taskmaster there though courage may become an issue. Unless you use Kardush of course...

For the Moria issue, indeed you cant do that, Marauders are indeed very good models but if you want an alternative solution is orc trackers on wargs. They deserve it you should try it, though not sure if the conversion is possible, i ve never seen em....

800pts. 6-7 Might depending of the Nazgul I choose. 39 units.

Once again, time for painting this force is an issue, so I'm going to keep the unit count on the lower side. I think this could be a fun and challenging list to use. Some of these units could be quite nice to cut through the rank and file.

Theme wise, I like to think that this list is that Sauron has settled back in the east in Mordor after a good time has passed from being banished from Dol Gulder. He's regained some strength enough to launch out numerous attacks at Gondor with the Nazgul at the helm of these attacks, Shagrat being his younger version here is leading some of Sauron's elite forces here to launch a brutal shock offensive.

Since Gundabad Blackshields seem to come from Gundabad, just like the Gundabad Orcs in The Hobbit, it could be feasible that Sauron had Goblins in his service and could be remnants from his older army that retreated with him to Mordor.

I like the list. And IMO your backstory is highly feasible. I would vote Khamul of the two Wraiths. Best combat one on beasty and as you'll be regaining will when you wound then your spell - casting is renewed as well

That is now a BRUTAL list. S4 minimum across the board and mostly D6 upwards too, I like it. And to top it off I have all the models to make that force.

Looks quite competitive keep these lists coming.
