made a list up and want to know about how to play it if people have done a army like this before

12 wargs

ashrak
2 giant spiders
2 venom back spiders
1 troll

I've tried it. I wouldn't play that many Wargs. They die easily, you'll reach your break point too soon and courage test are not your friend.

Probably your biggest problem is a lack of synergy among all your troops.
You have no variety really, a spider is in essence an elite warg in their stats so you really have 1 unit type and a troll as troops.
Ashrak brings almost nothing to the army. Sure you get access to venom-back upgrades but then what? His fury only effects goblins and his immobilize is inaccurate.

The key things I'd change if you want to keep theme, as I know you like Wargs and other beasts, is dump Ashrak and add Druzhag. You'll have to change the list slightly but he's really the only way to make armies like this work

I definitely second the Druzhag advice. Him and 6 wargs with maybe a few extra spiders/troll would be much more effective and still keep theme. His enrage beast works wonders on the Chieftain and Queen as they can survive the hit afterwards.
