A corsair fleet crew, lets see what you guys think :)

Warband 1 Ibrahim´s bloodreavers

Corsair Captain Ibrahim with shield
5 Corsairs Reavers
6 Corsairs with spear


Warband 2 Ibrahim´s crew

Corsair Bo´sun Khair with shield and spear
2 Corsair Reaver´s
4 Corsairs with shield
5 Corsairs with spear



Warband 3 Aruj´s bolt talons

Corsair Captain Aruj with crossbow
5 corsair arbelesters


Waband 4 Aruj´s crew

Corsair Bo´sun Stede with shield and spear

What you guys think?
2 ship crews :)

In a way I would prefer old rules though... to get 1 captain, 2 bo´shun and remain alot of crew like 40 or 50 man...

Try and max out on crossbows if you can,

For my 600pts I have 2 warbands of 6 reavers and 6 spears (I think...)
And then a warband of 12 crossbows, then I sit them on a hill or somewhere with good line of sight and shoot away.

I haven't really used them since the old rules myself, so not 100% sure on the best composition

Not sure on the points but I'd ditch the 4th warband, convert the 4 with shield in Warband 2 to Reavers and then add as many crossbows as you can.
That way you will probably win the shooting war and your squishy guys won't have to run suicidally all the way forward as the enemy will come (at least part of the way) to you. :P
Also make sure you have a Captain leading the crossbows rather a Bo'sun, as his Courage 3 and 0 Will will be useless once you are Broken (and his banner is useless as you won't be in combat).

Saying this as a player who's main army has been Corsairs for a while now. :)
