Personally, at such a high points level, I'd say you HAVE to break the theme to stay competitive. I can just imagine a hurl or Sorcerous blast destroying your entire formation.
The problem with pikes in LOTR SBG is they don't have real-life effects, hence why people run sword uruks infront of pike uruks (which in real life would be stupid, as you would use the reach of the pike).
This means that you're better using the pikes to support other units. As NarsilReforged suggested, I'd stick King's Guard with Elf blades as your front rank, keeping the elite theme (drop one warband).
Then probably drop Haldir and add some cheaper archery (wood elves?) just so you won't be completely taken advantage of by a more mobile opponent.
Maybe something like this (haven't worked out points but you get the idea...)
Warband 1
Celeborn, Army Leader (Heavy Armor, Elven Blade, and Shield)
10 Guards of the Galadhrim Court
Warband 2
Rumil (Elven Cloak)
10 Guards of the Galadhrim Court
Warband 3
Galadhrim Stormcaller
10 Guards of the Galadhrim Court
Warband 4
Gil-Galad
10 King's Guard
Warband 5
Wood Elf Captain
8 Wood Elves (Elf Bow)
I dropped the horn (not need IMO) and banner to save points, but I think their might be some spare still. You could always drop the Wood elf captain and add 2 archers to each warband.
