Mumakil with:
Gnarled hide
Rappeling lines
Sigils of defience
Rocks!
Tusk weapons

6warriors of Karna with bow
4warriors of abrakhan with spear
2warriors of harad with spear
Is this a good list for tournaments? Comments and critism is welcome

No tbh it's not.

This list would struggle at all the tournament scenarios. It cannot pick up objects as in seize the prize, can only grab one objective in domination, would be vastly outnumbered in Recon, and would struggle to move around the board with the terrain.

Having all your units tied down to riding the Mumak wouldn't go well

Way too many upgrades on the Mumak. Two or MAYBE three max.

However, it would have a chance in to the death, by just crushing its way through the enemies, the high ground, by smashing enemies and by great shooting, and "surrounded" by stomping out, hoping for these.

Thank for the help

Ps: the upgrades are just to fill the fact that i only have a mumak and a "unassembled" golden king. No other heroes, but way more than 24 troops

You def need to buy a hero. Haradrim Chieftans are cheap. Or convert one of your guys to make one or a king and use that.

Youre gonna get stomped. In to the death an army with good shooting or magic will annihilate you.

Also in "to the death" you'll struggle to maneuver around terrain as your Mumak cannot enter any opponents can sit back in forests etc and just shoot you

I understand your critism, i will probanbly convert my raiders banner bearer. You have been very helpful, so I guess something like this

Mumak
With the best affordable upgrades after buying the rest
6 warriors of karna with bow
6warriors of abrakhan with spear

Mounted harad chief with warspear
5harad raiders upgraded to what the model shows
7 harad warriors

One of the archer models converts quite nicely to a taskmaster if you wanted to do that, just remove the bow, drill a hole in the back hand and stick a wire in it. I don't know how stringent tournament rules are on model conversions, but it's clear he is a taskmaster. If you want to be thorough you can remove the front arm and re position it so it is down and put the appropriate hand weapon in it. If you just google it there is someone who did a pretty nice conversion.

The problem with the mumak is mounted heros. They have a higher move and higher fight.

I think it's a bit boring with all the Goblin warriors...by the way do you have that many two handed weapons? :D I'd never buy two handed weapons. You are allowed to bring them in with the scribe and with F2 you won't need them that often.
The problem with Goblin Town is, if you are broken you are lost. I'd take out all the two handed weapons and swap the last warband for a Moria Goblin Shaman with a warband Moria Goblins.

It is meant to lose vs me and my mumak, as I said, it is my brothers list, my models, I just dont have enough goblins, thats wy i added two-handers, however, instead of the shaman, maybe saruman, more expensive, but with better magic and courage

Generally speaking a Mumakil is one of the hardest models to use at a tournament because its a lot of eggs in one big basket.

That said if you want to give it a try then go for it. I've seen two armies in the last year that both used Mumakil, in one game Four! Cave trolls in my army were killed in one stampede!

From a competitive stand point there is a lot that you have to work against but the main things to consider are:
Crew, you need as many men in the howdah as possible. Mumaks are next to useless if they fail their courage test every turn. definitely keep some of those Abrakan warriors of harad as their courage of 4 will come in handy if the commander dies.

Upgrades, these need to be at the minimum and to give you the best return on the pts investment. In my opinion, the best 20 pts you can spend is on sigils of defence as Mumakil are ridiculously vulnerable to command making your 300+ pts investment dance like a puppet on a sting.
Tusk weapons are good because they make your main way of attacking more likely to work.
Gnarled hide is also very useful but its an expensive upgrade.

You can either use a beastmaster or a regular commander to guide the mumak. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Both are quite vulnerable to shooting.
