On the UK scene they range from 300-1000 points. I'd say the most common are 500-750 points.
For my money the best sized game is 700-850 points but that's not necessarily the most efficient when you're trying to pack a lot of game into a tournament schedule.

Yeah I rarely here of 100-300 points. Usually seen 400-850.
My personal favorite games are 850 but anything 700+ is cool.
