Aside from the bow limit being off it looks pretty themed. I think it would be fun to play against another list with similar themes like the nine on horse perhaps.

Looks cool like almost 3 hunters esque list, but as stated above, the bow limit is terribly incorrect, Rangers can't just not have bows, as it stands 18 of your Rangers are not covered by the Grey company rules and are illegal.

Arnor either works as standard %33 bow limit, there by necessitating the use of warriors of arnor, or by Grey Companys, which means, for every Dunedain or Ranger of the North taken, you may take 4 Rangers of arnor that ignore the bow limit.
